BUCKHORN INN'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
9 inch pie shell, baked
1/3 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. 10x sugar

Mix together until crumbly. Put into crust bottom (save a little to sprinkle on top).

FILLING:

1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten

Mix all together; bring to good rolling boil and stir until thickens. Remove filling from heat and add 2 teaspoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Pour over peanut butter mixture and cool. Spread with prepared Dream Whip on top. Sprinkle with leftover peanut butter crumbs. Refrigerate.
