RUM BALLS 
8 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. butter
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 lg. egg yolks
4 tbsp. rum

Melt both chocolate together and cool to room temperature. Beat together butter, eggs, sugar and rum with electric mixer until pale and fluffy. Mix in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm. Roll into balls about 1". Roll in chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate until firm.
