VELVEETA BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 c. rice, cooked
1 can chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
8 oz. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
2 tbsp. oil
1 can mushrooms

Saute broccoli, onion and celery in butter for 10 minutes. Then mix with remaining ingredients and bake in an uncovered casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This can be made ahead and frozen. Serves 8.
