ORANGE BUNDT CAKE 
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
2 orange rinds

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt pan.

2. Cream butter and sugar, beat until light. Add egg yolks, one at a time and orange rind.

3. Add dry ingredients alternating with orange juice.

4. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes; mold.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar

Simmer in saucepan 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until a light syrup forms.

I found this recipe by just googling the ingredients I had in the house. I made it and it is definitely one of the best orange bundt cake recipes. I have tried many and this one comes up tops for sure. It is moist and my hubby loves it.
