ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS 
6 lbs. chicken wings, separated

SAUCE:

8 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp. dry sherry
4 oz. honey
2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced, juliened styled
1/4 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tbsp. fresh chopped ginger
3 to 4 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Bake chicken wings at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour on wire rack. Place on paper towels to absorb excess grease. In small bowl, combine sauce ingredients, mixing well. Place wings in large skillet or large wok. Pour sauce over wings and cook, uncovered, on medium high heat for 15 minutes, stirring to coat wings entirely with sauce. Serve wings warm.
