POTATOES 
1 lg. (double 8 patties) Ore-Ida shredded hashbrowns, thawed and pulled apart in small pieces

Grease oblong 8 by 13 inch casserole with butter.

Layer:

Potatoes
Season ed salt
Grated Cheddar cheese
Potatoes
Seasoned salt
Grated Cheddar cheese

Pour 1 pint whipping cream over last layer. (Drizzle and try to get every spot).

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in pan and add 3/4 to 1 cup dry bread crumbs. Brown slightly and sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Let them sit 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
