E.'S BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 med. cauliflower (cut into sm. flowerettes)
1 med. bunch broccoli (cut into sm. flowerettes)
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. bacon (crispy fried), crumbled

Put into large, large bowl (it grows!).

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Let sit covered in refrigerator several hours before serving.

Great with bar-b-que and fried fish.
