BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER 
1 bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower (thawed and drained)
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
Black pepper
1 can French fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake covered 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion; bake 5 minutes more.

MICROWAVE: Cook covered on high 8 minutes, turn 1/2 way through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Cook uncovered on High for 1 minute longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
