CINNAMON POPOVERS 
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

In blender container combine eggs, milk, flour, butter, cinnamon and salt. Cover and blend 30 seconds or until combined. Fill 6 to 8 well greased (Pam) custard cups 1/2 full. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. Remove from cups. Serve with butter. Makes 6 to 8.

Can be make without cinnamon.
