1 lg. green Jello
2 c. hot water
1 can Pet milk
24 oz. cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Blend Jello and hot water. Add 2 to 3 ice cubes and chill just until it starts to set. Beat Jello slowly with electric mixer and slowly add milk. Beat until fluffy. Fold in cottage cheese and pineapple. Refrigerate.
