GRATED CHOCOLATE PIE | |
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: 14 graham crackers 1/3 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. sugar FILLING: 30 marshmallows 1/2 c. milk 1 c. whipped cream 1 1/4 squares of Bakers Better chocolate, grated CRUST: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in bowl. Add butter; mix thoroughly. Save 1/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of pie pan. Bake 10 minutes, cool. FILLING: Melt marshmallows with milk, let cool. Whip cream and fold in grated chocolate and pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate and serve. (Cooper) |
