LEMON BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon peel, optional
2 1/2-3 lb. frying chicken, cut up (I remove skin)
1/2 c. butter

Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, oil, lemon peel and garlic together; let stand for several hours. Shake chicken pieces in bag with flour, salt and paprika.

Melt butter in pan; add chicken pieces. Pour over lemon sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1-1 1/2 hours or until tender.
