HERB BREAD 
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. sage
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. oats
2 1/2 c. bread flour
2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 1/8 c. water
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

Directions for bread machine.

Combine all dry ingredients, except yeast, in bread pan. Next, add water, butter and slightly beaten egg. Fill yeast dispenser with 2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast. Press start. Remove bread pan from machine after beeping stops. Turn pan upside down to release bread and allow to cool on a wire rack. Makes 1 large loaf of bread.
