CHEESY SHELLS 
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. med. pasta shells
1/2 c. boiled ham, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream or undiluted canned milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper, or more to taste
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook pasta shells as directed on package. Drain.

Meanwhile, cook and stir ham in hot butter for about 2 minutes in large skillet. Add cream (or canned milk), peas and seasonings. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in cheeses. Add hot pasta to sauce; toss to coat. Serve. Makes 2 servings.
