APPETIZER FINGER SALAD 
1 bunch carrots, peeled & cut into bite size
1 pkg. celery, cut into chunks
1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerettes
2 cans pitted black olives
2 sm. jars stuffed green olives

MARINADE:

1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix vegetables together in a large bowl and toss with combined marinade ingredients. In peak form 24 hours later (but can be eaten only a few hours after fixing). Can use rutabaga and some green pepper if you like.
