HAWAIIAN STUFFING 
18 pieces bread, finely cubed
10 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
10 oz. mandarin oranges, undrained
6 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. orange juice

Finely chop bread into small cubes. Mix pineapple and oranges into bread. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add to bread crumbs stirring until of even consistency. Add orange juice until bread becomes slightly moist. Place in buttered casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people. (Stuffing should be moist not wet when adding orange juice.)
