DIRTY RICE | |
1 lb. ground pork 2 stalks celery, chop 1 bunch green onion, chop 1 bell pepper, chop 1 onion, chop 4 cloves garlic, chop 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional 1 c. rice, fry then add 3 c. water, cook until tender Fry rice in 2 tablespoons oil until brown. Add 3 cups water. Cook until tender. Cook ground pork; drain fat. Chop all remaining ingredients. Saute vegetables and garlic in 1/2 cup butter until soft. Mix all ingredients together. Warm up and serve. |
