SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Alaska salmon
3 slices bread, torn in small pieces
1/3 c. finely minced onion
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Dash of pepper

Drain salmon, reserving liquid and flake. Combine all ingredients. Place in well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with Lemon Sauce.

LEMON SAUCE:

Add sufficient milk to reserved salmon liquid to measure 1/2 cup of liquid. Combine with 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Heat and serve with Salmon Loaf. Serves 6.
