SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spoon into a quart casserole dish.

Combine brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter and pecans. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
