ROLL OUT SUGAR COOKIES 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. butter (room temperature)
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, baking soda and cream of tartar together. Cut in butter. Stir in white sugar. Beat eggs and vanilla and pour into above. Refrigerate. Roll out dough and be generous with flour. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
