PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter with pastry blender. Press into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

While this is baking, mix the pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spices together and pour over the crust and bake another 15 minutes. Mix the pecans, brown sugar and butter together and sprinkle over the top and bake another 15-20 minutes or until filling is set. Serve with whipped cream.
