QUICK BROCCOLI/HAM SOUP | |
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh 1 soup can full of water in which the broccoli has been cooked 2 cans cream of celery soup 1 soup can full of milk 8 to 12 oz. Velveeta cheese 3 c. cubed ham Clean and chop broccoli, in small pieces. Boil in water (no salt until tender). Drain but reserve 1 cup of water. In 4-quart saucepan, add broccoli, celery soup, milk, broccoli water, cheese and ham. Heat thoroughly. |
