WHITE LASAGNA 
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. crushed and dried oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian herbs
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded Gouda cheese
12 oz. carton cream style cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. crushed and dried basil
Salt and pepper
1 c. light cream
2 c. shredded cheddar
12 oz. mozzarella cheese

Cook beef, celery, onion, garlic and meat until done. Stir in basil, oregano, salt, pepper and seasonings. Add cream and cream cheese until melted; stir in wine. Mix cottage cheese and egg. Layer in 13 x 9 inch baking dish using noodles, beef mixture and cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
