BUN - STEADS | |
1/4 lb. American cheese (1 c. cubed) 3 eggs (hard cooked & chopped) 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked 2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. stuffed olives, chopped 2 tbsp. sweet pickle, chopped 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 6 buns (I use hot dog buns) Combine ingredients except buns. Mix lightly. Split buns and fill. Place buns in box in which they were packed or wrap in aluminum foil. Place in slow oven (250 degrees) about 30 minutes until filling is heated and cheese melts. Serve hot. This recipe fills 6 large buns generously. I use Velveeta cheese (cubed) instead of American. |
