BARBECUED CHICKEN FOR BUNS 
3 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In saucepan, combine butter, onion, green pepper, and celery. Simmer until soft. Add remaining ingredients and chicken. Simmer to blend flavors. Spoon on buns.
