SUPPER ON A BUN 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 tsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. or 8 oz. pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 egg beaten
12 large buns

Mix above ingredients thoroughly. Cut buns in half and place cut side up on foil lined cookie sheet. Top with ground beef mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
