APPLE CRUMB SUPREME 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
6 apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 3 tablespoons butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Line bottom of 8"x8" pan with crumbs. Cook apples, cinnamon, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/4 cups water over medium heat about 2 minutes. Add cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water to apples, cook until thick. Cool, pour over graham cracker crumbs. Cream 1/2 cup butter. Add sugar and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until light brown.
