LEMON BIEQU 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can Carnation milk (chilled)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1 box lemon Jello
1/3 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Let mixture jell slightly, then whip. Pour in whipped milk and mix well. Put half of vanilla wafer crumbs. Take balance and sprinkle over top. Refrigerate until set up.
