GERMAN PANCAKES 
6 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter

Put eggs, flour, milk, salt in blender or mixer. Mix well. Divide butter and put 3 tablespoons each into two 9-inch pie pans. Melt in oven. Pour batter into pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with syrup or with lemon wedges and powdered sugar.
