MELTING MOMENTS COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. confectioners sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar. Add flour gradually, then vanilla. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten the cookies with fork dipped in cold water. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen. May be doubled. NOTE: You may frost these with your favorite butter frosting. (This gives them a delicious flavor). |
