CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
6 slices lean cooked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 c. prepared herb dressing
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. skim milk

Make herb dressing mix into crumbs by chopping in blender or small food processor. Then mix with paprika, salt and pepper and set aside.

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of waxed paper and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness with mallet. Place one slice ham and one slice cheese in center of each chicken piece. Sprinkle with parsley. Roll up lengthwise and secure with wooden picks. Dip each chicken breast in milk and roll in crumb mixture. Brown quickly in hot oil in frying pan.

Place in lightly oiled baking dish 12x8x2 and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
