TOOTSIE ROLLS 
1 c. honey
1/2 c. carob or cocoa powder
1 c. powdered milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook honey to hard ball stage. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa and milk together. Add to cooked honey and blend well. Add vanilla. Pour on greased pan. Cool until easy to handle. Roll and cut in pieces.
