HAM AND CHEESE ROLL - UPS 
1 lb. ham
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 pkg. filo dough
1/2 c. butter

Thaw filo dough according to package. Melt butter. On flat surface, unroll filo dough, 1 layer at a time. Put on wax paper - every layer, spread with melted butter until you have 5 or 6 layers. On your last layer, spread ham and Swiss cheese. Roll up (like jelly roll); brush top with butter. Wrap in wax paper until ready to heat. Heat 375 degrees. Bake approximately 20 minutes until top is golden brown. Makes approximately 4 rolls. Can make these a day ahead of time and refrigerate.
