1 1/2 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3 packets of Equal

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except Equal. Cook over medium heat until mixture is reduced to about 1 cup. Remove from heat and stir in Equal. Chill.
