MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. corn meal
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can cream style corn
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
2 eggs
1 tsp. pepper

Cook hamburger, onion, and pepper until all red is gone. Mix eggs, corn meal, soda, salt, and milk together. Add corn and mix well.

In greased baking dish layer corn meal mixture, hamburger mixture, and grated cheese alternately until mixture is gone, ending with corn meal mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until brown.
