MEXICAN LASAGNA 
Brown 2 lbs. ground beef and then drain, set aside

1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. cilantro spice (optional)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne pepper

(Slice the tomatoes before adding other ingredients). Add the ground beef to the salsa mixture. Add 1/2 cup chopped green onions to the above mixture. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with Pam. Butter 8 large flour tortillas on both sides, put one layer in bottom of baking dish. Spread layer of salad mixture on top.

Add another layer of tortillas. Add a layer of cheeses, and chopped fresh tomatoes. Add another layer of tortillas. Add another layer of salsa. Add another layer of tortillas. Add another layer of cheeses and chopped fresh tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, let set for few minutes, slice and serve with sour cream.

Will need:

1 pkg. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

I use the ones that say for Tacos or Mexican dishes. Also will need 2 medium fresh chopped tomatoes.
