MEXICAN PIZZA 
1-2 lbs. hamburger or chicken
6-10 flour tortillas
16 oz. refried beans
4 oz. green chilies, save juice
4 oz. sliced black olives
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
Garlic powder to taste
1-2 tomatoes, diced
10 oz. shredded Longhorn (yellow)
10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (white)

Hamburger or chicken cooked fully and drained of grease. After grease drained add chili and taco powder packets (one 6 ounce each) plus 3/4 diced onion on low heat, stirring 5 minutes. Remove from stove. On platter of your choice, place tortillas to cover with a little layer over edge. Sprinkle small amount of yellow cheese on tortillas and place in oven 5-10 minutes. Take a spatula and spread refried beans all over tortillas. Sprinkle small amount of white cheese. Add meat on beans and smash into beans. Sprinkle small amount of garlic. Sprinkle diced green chilies and the rest of both cheeses. Now diced tomatoes, black olives and optional black pepper. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Use corn tortillas to scoop out mixture and eat.

MEXICAN SALSA:

Mix together:

16 oz. stewed tomatoes, diced very sm.
7 1/2 oz. jalapeno relish

Add juice left from 4 ounce green chilies, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
