MEXICAN CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn (Mexican)
1 can cream style corn
1 sm. box corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted

Combine corn and muffin mix in bowl; mix well. Stir in butter. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8.
