PITA (SPINACH PIE) 
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
20 sheets phyllo dough

Squeeze spinach to release all liquid. Mix spinach, dill, salt, egg and feta cheese together.

On large cookie sheet, layer 10 sheets of phyllo dough, brush every sheet with a thin coating of melted butter. Spread spinach mixture over phyllo dough. Layer remaining 10 sheets of phyllo over spinach, again with thin layer of butter between each sheet. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares or triangles.
