1/2 c. cooked rice (1 1/2 c. raw) 1 beaten egg 3 oz. sharp cheese, grated Mix above ingredients and spread in 9" or 10" pie plate. 2 well beaten eggs 3 oz. sharp cheese, grated 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained Spoon these ingredients into crust and spread. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. | |
