PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can solid packed pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 egg
1/2 c. Bisquick
14 sugar substitutes
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
9 inch pastry shell unbaked; optional

Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until mixed well about one minute; pour into pie shell. Bake about 50 minutes at 400 degrees.

NOTE: This pie will make a slight crust of its own.
