2 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cold water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift and mix together all dry ingredients. Add water, Miracle Whip and vanilla mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Use 2 (8 inch) layer pans.
