CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Yield: 1 (9") pie. May top with Cool Whip when ready to serve. Freezes well.
