COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1 qt. catsup
1/2 c. creamy horseradish
1/4 c. Lea & Perrin Sauce
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients and blend. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 5 cups. For a smaller portion cut recipe in half.
