OPEN FACE SANDWICH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix together and spread on 2 (12 inch) loaves of brown and serve bread. Split loaves in half lengthwise. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
