FRIED RICE 
1 1/2 c. converted rice (uncooked)
3 c. water
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 lb. bacon
3 eggs
1 bunch scallions (green onions)

Combine rice, water and onion soup mix. Cook until water is absorbed. Set aside. Cut bacon into bits; fry until done. Drain off fat, add eggs and fry. Add diced scallions and cook 1 minute. Add to the rice; toss until mixed.
