THREE BEAN SALAD 
2/3 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can green beans, drained
1 can yellow wax beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 onion, sliced in thin rings

Heat first four ingredients to boil and cool. Mix vegetables and cover with dressing. Marinate for several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Keeps several days. Serves 6.
