COUNTRYSIDE CHICKEN BAKE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. celery slices
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 1/4 c. water
3 chicken breasts, split and skinned

Place rice in 12x8 baking dish. Cover with vegetables and seasonings.

Combine soup and salad dressing; mix well. Pour 1/2 soup mixture over rice and vegetables. Top with chicken and then remaining soup mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.
