FRESH PEACH PIE | |
5 or 6 fresh ripe peaches (blanched, peeled & cut in half) 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust 1/2 stick butter 1 c. sugar 2/3 c. plain flour Place peach halves on the bottom of unbaked pie crust. Cut the butter, sugar and flour with a pastry cutter until coarse. Sprinkle all the topping over the peaches. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Lower oven to 350 degrees and bake 40 more minutes. |
