SPINACH BALLS 
3 boxes spinach, cooked, chopped & drained well
1 lg. bag stuffing mix (seasoned)
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
9 eggs, beaten
2 c. onions, chopped fine
1 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Form into small balls, place on a cookie sheet and freeze (hard). After frozen, place in plastic bags and keep in freezer until needed. Bake frozen, on cookie sheet, in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
